"My track ‘Feel the Steam’ for Elephant Man best exemplifies my style as a producer and writer because it shows the uniqueness of my sound from other producers from the Islands and States because I can fuse both styles into a melodic track without making it sound contrived and unoriginal."
Evidence of his tracks commercial appeal can be seen in his track "Feel the Rush," which he co-wrote and produced for Shaggy. The song went on to become an international hit which sold more than 150,000 copies in Germany earning him his first Gold status record. The song later became one of the featured promotional songs in the Universal Pictures 2009 hit movie, "Couples Retreat" featuring Vince Vaughn. Industry insiders have recognized Andre for creating a melodic sound that crosses all genres of music with lyrics that listeners can relate to. This diversity also led to Andre working with Canadian Rockstar Corey Hart who states, "Andre is the real deal…"
“Fans will really connect to my music because they will instantly notice the creativity, melodic undertones and appreciate the fact I have my own sound,” states GC. “In an era where most artists put out music that sounds similar to everything currently on the radio, I’m carving out my own niche where it’s difficult to put me in a box on what type of artist I am because the diverse music will appeal to those who like Pop, Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae. It’s also important for the artists to connect with their listener and I think I do a great job of creating music that reflect everyday experiences of which they can respect thoruhg records such as “Fight For You”
