Currently on the Neonsmash Music Festival World Tour. DJ Sycho is starting from the bottom but climbing to the top rapidly. With his insane sets and crazy theatrics he brings an outstanding show that leads his growing fans wanting more. Though his style is original and new, he likes to compare his DJ to one of his favorites DJ Chuckie the creator of Dirty Dutch.
DJ Sycho was born in Brooklyn, the heart of NYC. Also having the benefit of being raised on the beautiful island of Aruba. Equip with only a Numark DJ Controller, Sycho would spin for private parties for friends and whoever gave him a chance. Already heavily influenced in the music business through club promoting, studio work and working with his brothers independent record label, he easily upgraded to the club scene. Although a novice DJ at most, he easily became a known name around town.
Loving the energy of house music. He starts focusing on solely this genre of music. Although versatile in all genres, his heart lies with EDM. Being a fan of his all time favorite DJ, Tiesto and his podcast. He decided to do his own podcast named “Road 2 Ibiza Podcast”. Ibiza being the pinnacle for his success and ultimate goal. A weekly podcast he recorded for soundcloud.com Promoting his podcast at all his events and soon catching the interest of people across the world. hitting over 100k plays worldwide. Sycho signature drop “DJ Sycho Biatch” has become a chanted saying at all his performances.
Sycho is always striving to take his DJ career and skills to the next level. Currently learning to perfect the basics of DJing like scratching, beat matching and playing on different platform which includes Technics 1200s. Also recently working on his own remixes and producing tracks, he’s only looking to keep climbing that ladder.
After performing for over 3000 people at Neonsmash Music Festival in Aruba he was quickly signed on as the resident DJ for the world tour. Recently performing in Bonaire, the Neonsmash Music Festival will be hitting cities and countries like Dominican Republic, Miami, Curacao, Aruba, Croatia, Columbia, Mexico, Brazil, Dubai and many more for the upcoming two years.
