True power can never be suppressed and stars aren't born to fade. Meet J.S. KORNER (Rob Goodwin), the Brooklyn-born, New Jersey-raised rhyme-slinger who is the very embodiment of these axioms. His words seethe with every human emotion: from anger to hurt, from sadness to triumph. Korner's muse is his life, making each lyric sound more like a journal entry rather than some frivolous freestyle rhyme. "Every time I complete a track, I complete another chapter in my life," says Korner.

Korner's extensive history in the game dates from when he was 15, and since then he has recorded tracks with innumerable artists. From his debut alongside R&B wonder Luxland in the RuffKuttz, Korner capitalized on the friendships and connections made. His solo career includes tracks with Freeway (2008's "Hood Rich"), Hussein Fatal (2009's "Waiting"), as well as songs with a host of local & national artists such as Murda Mook, Snake IIz (from M.O.P.'s First Family), & Bricktop (NISC Music). Korner's latest collaboration with Arsonal Da Rebel & The Lost Boyz Mr. Cheeks is currently out now.

His ambition is simple: to dominate the rap game with his unique style and catchy hooks. JS Korner - "A True Street Leader."[/quote]
