The persona "Alfredo Grey" came about after a dark time in Alfredo's life when he had to make a tough decision to break up with the love of his life. In the following months he was drinking heavily and continued to cause harm to himself. After spending most of his time in solitude he began to write down some of his feelings and some of his tribulations through the tough break up. What came out was lyrics of his misfortune and he continued to write songs with every bit of the agonizing truth incorporated into it hoping to get a message across to people who can relate and who are going through a tough time.
