Natalie “Lil Nat” Barrington known largely as the overnight queen of weekdays has been a member of the major radio families for years. Lil Nat is a Brooklyn native with a feisty and charming Jamaican heritage. Natalie’s first love was for dance and is a alumni at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Nat also majored in Film, Television, and Radio. While receiving her degree she had her own R&B Radio Show on 89.1 FM WNYU and interviewed celebrity artists such as Erykah Badu. For over a decade she has been a major part of popular radio, working behind the scenes at 98.7 KISS FM as well as the Commercial Production Director for 8 years. In addition, an on air personality for sister station HOT 97. Nat held it down for years as the overnight queen on Hot 97 and KISS FM. She built a large fan base of devoted listeners, which prompted her to start Lil Nat Productions, Inc. and provide TV programming that her fans could relate to.
In addition to radio, Lil Nat had her own feature in DJ Kay Slay’s Straight Stuntin’ Magazine, Vibin with Da Lil 1. She hosts several industry parties, showcases and fashion shows as well as finding time to give back to her community. She has worked with “Father Knows Best Organization” in Irvington New Jersey. During Breast Cancer Month, Lil Nat hosted a breakfast for the American Cancer Society. She also worked with the New York City Department of Health to help spread the word on healthy living. Inspired Magazine has honored Natalie for her work in the community. Lil Nat was on the silver screen with a roll in the movie,” Still a Teen”. She is currently the executive producer, writer and host of her very own cooking show entitled “On the Back Burner”. Lil Nat is a strong, loving and beautiful single mom.
