Andrew Mason aka Dj DrewAndrew is a (NASM) certified personal trainer who specializes in Fitness Nutrition , Performance enhancement , corrective exercise (muscle imbalances) , upper extremity rehab and advance stretching & flexibility.Andrew Mason started in the fitness industry approximately 6 years ago . He has an athletic background in a few sports such as : tennis , soccer, swimming, Running(Sprinting 100-200m races) as well as Men's Physique (Bodybuilding) . The Latter sport is still current .In 2012 Andrew placed -7th , 2013-5th and 2016-3rd in Barbados' national men's physique competition.
