DIEZZLE DON WAS BORN IN ATLANTIC CITY NEW JERSEY. HE RELOCATED TO NEWARK NEW JERSEY “AKA” THE BRICK CITY,IN PURSUIT OF HIS MUSIC CAREER. HE QUICKLY EARNED THE REPUTATION AS THE “BONAFIDE PLAYA ON HIS BLOCK. DIEZZLE DON HAD ACQUIRED HIS STREET KNOWLEDGE WHILE GROWING UP IN ATLANTIC CITY. AT THE AGE OF 16, DIEZZLE DON WENT TO WORK IN THE CASINO KITCHENS. WINNING A CHEF’S SCHOLARSHIP FROM LOCAL 54 HOTEL AND RESTAURANT WORKER’S UNION WHERE HE DEVELOPED HIS PASSION AND CREATIVITY FOR PREPARING GREAT FOOD, MASTERING GREAT FLAVORS, AND AWESOME PRESENTATIONS.Why I am Involved with Cameroon Coffee-“The Mission of Fairness With Coffee Farmers”:IN LIFE WE MOST OFTEN THINK ABOUT, WHAT WE REALLY WANT FOR OURSELVES. I REMEMBER BEING ASKED MANY TIMES WHAT I WANTED TO BE WHEN I GROW UP. AT DIFFERENT TIMES IN MY LIFE, THE ANSWER WAS DIFFERENT. TODAY I LIVE A LIFE THAT IS DOMINATED BY PURPOSE AND MOTIVATED BY THE PURE “GREATNESS”THAT SEEKS ME. BECAUSE I AM TRULY SEEKING IT AND HAVE CONNECTED WITH OTHER LIKE MINDED PROFESSIONALS TO CREATE “GLOBAL INITIATIVES” THAT HELP PEOPLE WORLDWIDE AND AT HOME, TO HAVE BETTER ALL AROUND LIFESTYLES. Since then, he has been building the foundation for his entertainment empire. Through this reputation, he met future Brick City rap star “Redman”. DIEZZLE-Don and Redman made a pact that the first one to get on,would reach back and help the other one out. Redman took D-Don on tour with him and enlisted him for production work on his gold-selling album “DARE IS A DARK SIDE”. Redman also featured D-Don on his 1998 album, “DOC’S DA NAME” also the album: “MALPRACTICE”.From there D-Don signed with Noo Trybe Records/Virgin Records with his company “Izzum Man Productions”. Under the name D-Don, he released his first single, “And You Know That”, featuring “Redman” on August 8,2000. Off of his solo album “Bonafide: Portrait of a Hustler” which dropped on September 19,2000. He also released a second single, Smoke Wit Us”.D_Don handled production himself and also was “Executive Producer” on the album.
Besides “Redman”, “Nore” made an appearance on the song “What You Git”.The album got “INDEPENDENT ALBUM OF THE YEAR” in “The Source” Magazine. It proved D-D0N truly is “BONAFIDE”
